Black Raspberries Already?

Hello, Leroy has been talking about checking on the black raspberries for a week or so now. Because heat has moved the season ahead, he thought they should be ready. I thought he was a bit ahead of the game. He was right and I was wrong. He checked today and came back with two cups. He did leave some in the patch because he had not taken a bigger container. Good for Leroy. He also got 7,000 steps. I only have 3,700. I did my volunteering this morning and came home tired. It helps when I do some stretching ahead of time. I also do not eat a snack on those days and I miss that little bit of pick up. There are plenty of things to eat at the place, but much of it is sweet and I do not eat that. Next time I will eat ahead of time. This afternoon we will go to weed in the community garden. We have not contributed much this year. In places, the weeds are sure they are in their new home. They look happy and flourishing. Yesterday we went on a hidden Gems Tour of Homes in our neighborhood. It was quite nice. Some of the homes are more than 100 years old. The owners were there to give some history of the building as well as old photos. Now if I can just remember some of it. Paula
